Ambrosio (Mike), Bradley D. Clark (Nancy), Brian L. Clark (Melinda) and Brandon J. Clark of Oquawka, Illinois; his grandchildren, Christopher Clark, Megan Gullberg (Karl), Miranda Gullberg (Ross), Jared Clark (Shauna) and Payton Clark; his great grandchildren, Liam, Elijah, Carson, Adalyn, Owen and Kynzie; his brother Dean Clark (Ginny) of Monmouth, Illinois.; and his great grandchildren, Lucas and Lillian Gullberg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial funds have been established for the Rozetta Baptist Church or the Biggsville Ambulance Service.
