It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Urban Wittenauer (Hecker, Illinois), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wittenauer and Flora Wittenauer; and his siblings, Henry Wittenauer, Mark Wittenauer, Norbert Wittenauer, Margaret Neff, Leona Englerth and Rita Wittenauer.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wittenauer; his children, Linda Wood (Bill), Karen Iglehart (Kris), Mary Lou Wittenauer, Connie Snyder (Bruce) and David Wittenauer (Cathy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Blackmon (Frank), Ashley Guenther (Sean), Jesse Rehmer, Jenna Rehmer, Tyler Nevois (Erika), Erica Nevois, Jade Snyder, Andrew Wittenauer and Erin Wittenauer; his great grandchildren, Logan Blackmon, Taylor Blackmon, Pierce Blackmon, Cael Guenther and Garren Guenther; and his close friend Lewis Schuchardt. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
