He was predeceased by: his wife Jody E. Laut; his parents, Pierre Laut and Elizabeth Laut; and his siblings, Kathy, Terry and Tommy.
He is survived by: his children, Marine, Keith Laut of Austin, TX and Kevin Laut of Long Beach, CA; and his sisters, Nancy and Judy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Helmets to Hardhats (H2H), an organization that helps military personnel successfully transfer into civilian careers in the construction trades.
