It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Hood of Hecker, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Orbin Hood; and his father-in-law Bruce Ring. He is survived by: his wife Meadow E. Hood; his children, Logan and Sally Hood; his mother Carol D. Hood; his sister Joyce Caswell (Bill); and his mother-in-law Sherry Ring. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
