He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Schroeder and Pearl Schroeder (Oglesby); his son David C. Schroeder; and his siblings, Lois Coulman, Shirley Ihrke, Howard and George.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stone; and his children, Sherry Schroeder-Hayes (Dick Ackerman) of Hebron, Aaron Schroeder (Kathy) of Hebron and Darryl Schroeder of Hebron. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
