She is survived by: her husband Paul Musgrave Sr.; her children, Gina Adams (Heather) of Orlando, FL, Leonard Adams (Wendy) of Johnsburg, IL, Anthony Adams (Tammy) of Johnsburg, IL and Paul Musgrave Jr of Hebron, IL; and her siblings, Antionette McQuillan of Chicago, Julie Abbott of Chicago and Phillip Abbott of Leesburg, FL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
