He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Bass and Lorraine Bass (Hildebrandt); his wife Sandy; his children, Debbie (Phil Williams), Randy and Brian; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Alexandra, Dylan, Dustin, Mitchell and Breana Smith Bass. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Home of the Sparrow (McHenry, IL) in the name of Donald Bass.
