He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Filipello and Mary Ruffalo Filipello; his siblings, Ralph Pastore, Albert Filipello, John Filipello and Rose Filipello Mussari; his children, Neal Filipello, Micheal Filipello and Paula Filipello Belnap; his children-in-law, Shirley Demkovich Filipello and Tyler Belnap; and his grandchildren, Penelope Belnap, Alexandra Filipello, Owen Belnap, Ethan Belnap, Giovanni Filipello and Angel Filipello.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Rojek.
