He is survived by: his spouse Georgia Forde; his children, Patrick Forde Jr., Sharon Forde, Samantha Forde and Sandra Forde; his stepson Seamus Hanley; his grandchildren, Ieesha Bonner-Forde, Frank Bonner, D'Me Lawery, Taylor Hanley and Alexandra Hanley; his great grandchildren, Riley, Frankie, Ryan, Dad and Grandfather; his siblings, Mary Duncan, Ann Perry, Charlotte Lodge, Bernard Forde, Geraldine Mahon, Christina Forde and Joseph Forde; and also Staros.
