It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann McGreal (Hazel Crest, Illinois), who passed away on January 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Jennifer McGreal; her granddaughter Cadence McGreal; her siblings, Michael McGreal (Cindy) and Mary Clumpner (Jimmy); her parents, John McGreal and Norma McGreal; her nieces and nephews, Scott Clumpner (Carissa) and Justin Clumpner (Anastasia); and her godchild Chris Abernathy. She was also cherished by cousins, and friends.
