He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Christopher Dehning (Patti) and Angela Rayhill (Ryan); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Rayhill, Bryleigh Rayhill and Christopher Dehning (CJ); his siblings, Don Dehning (Kim), Howard Dehning (Jackie) and Lisa Truesdale (Jay); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Truesdale, Shannon Castillo, Kristi Lund, Sarah Anello, Lydia Lofstrom, Emilee Hornburg, Brian Truesdale, Kyle Truesdale, Jaice Dehning, Jordan Dehning and Zachery Hornburg.
A wake will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home (18230 Dixie Hwy, Homewood, IL 60430). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Place St. Paul's Lutheran Church (330 W Highland Dr, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery (330 W Highland Dr, Chicago Heights, IL 60411).
