“Barry Gillespie, we met Joliet at East High School. Like most of the people during this time in life, are becoming who they are. Barry was full of life and imagination. He love to laugh and tell jokes. He was also known for his affinity with the James Bond character. He knew every character, all the music scores, even many of the scenes from all of the movies. As a teenager, his room contained many James Bond collectibles. Barry was also in the Joliet East band. He played the baritone.”
