He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Pellegrini and John Pellegrini; and his sister Rose Guccione (late Vince). He is survived by: his wife Marguerite; his children, Dina Margaret Pellegrini (Dave Haschak) and David Attilio; his granddaughter Isabella Pellegrini-Haschak; and his brothers, Anthony Pellegrini (Margaret) and Louis Pellegrini.
