He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; and his daughters, Carolyn McGuire and Suzanne McGuire (Robert Ciarrocchi). He is also survived by his five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made to Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington, IL - Advocate Health Care Charitable Foundation, COVID-19 Relief Funds.
