Greg Halvorson wrote a sympathy message

“Jackson was a wonderful man, a pleasure to know, and a light to all who met him. I had the honor and privilege of floating the Grand Canyon, the full meal deal, with him, Danna, and Craig, and will always cherish the conversations we had, the wisdom he personified, and the grace he extended to those around him. Rare and beautiful people occasionally touch our lives — Jackson was one of those.”
