He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Geraldine Kohlbeck (McCulloch); his wife Vicki; his daughters, Makala Kohlbeck and Kerenna Kohlbeck; and his father Roger Kohlbeck of Marshfield. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces.
Those wishing to express their sympathy are encouraged to make donations in Gary's name to the COPD Foundation in lieu of sending flowers.
