She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her parents, Tony Lombardo and Janet Lombardo; her siblings, Adrianna Lombardo and Frank Lombardo (Mary Ray); her nieces, Rosie and Polly Lombardo; her nephew Charlie; her aunts and uncles, Carla, Joseph Pappalardo, Laura DeCelles, Paul Gasior, John Gasior and Barbara Gasior; her parents-in-law, Mike and Lenore Simmons; and her siblings-in-law, Mike and Lara Simmons.
