She is survived by: her former husband William Cook; her husband Ken; her children, John Cook (Brooke), Suzanne Downey (Dave), Julie Fulton (Rob) and David Flaks; her grandchildren, Josh Meyers, Kendall, Cole Fulton, Braxton and Rylan Cook; her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Flaks; her nephew Jerry Stalnaker; and her pet Gibbs.
