She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wagner and Adeline Wagner (Malpede); her husband Frank; her sister Rita; and her siblings-in-law, Phil Bonanno and Myra Dickens.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Polifka (Diane), Debra Morrett (Carter), Keith Polifka (Joanne) and Dawn Fella (Timothy); her grandchildren, Garrett Polifka (Jenica), Carley Claussen (Bradly), Caleb Morrett (Shanna), Marika Rodrigues (Jason), Hannah Scott (Jesse), Mitchell Polifka, Cameron Polifka, Ryan Ramirez, Rachel Ramirez, Cassidy Blahnik (Dillon) and Shane Fella; her great grandchildren, Evie, Kaiah, Wyatt, Jaida, Julian, Niklaus, Lennon, Mason, Elijah, Rembrandt, Olive, David and Leelen; and her brothers, Paul Wagner (Carol) and Larry Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
