He is survived by: his children, William E. Otto (Nancy) of Havana, Illa Wilke (Curt) of Havana and Jason Otto (Molly) of Havana; his close friend Sharon Graves; and his siblings, Sheilah, Mary, Karen and Rick. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
