Davenport of Havana, Illinois, born in Palmyra, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Davenport and Virginia Davenport (Bugenhagen); his sons, Thomas and Timothy Davenport; and his brother Robert Davenport.
He is survived by: his son Anthony "Tony" Davenport of Havana; his daughter-in-law Brenda Davenport-Fornoff (Steve) of Havana; his grandchildren, Kyle Davenport (Katie), Travis Davenport (Rachel), Ty Fornoff and Will Davenport; his great grandchildren, Myles, Klay, Kyler and Oliver; his brother Richard Davenport of Parrish, Florida; and his niece Lisa Dietsch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in William's name to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church or the Shriner's Hospital.
