He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd Stephens and Shirley Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Stephens and Paula Stephens (Thompson); his daughters, Tierza of Havana, Samara of Havana and Shailene Stephens of Havana; his grandparents, Loreena Stephens of Havana and Spencer Thompson of Easton; and his siblings, April Weaver of Havana, Amber Stephens-Cortez (Juan) and Derrick Stephens of Havana. He is also survived by his kids, nieces and nephews and was a wonderful father and uncle.
Memorial donations may be made in Wendell's name to the Children's Hospital of Illinois or to drug rehabilitation services.
