She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred and Edna Ellen Otto (Adkins); her son William Julius Hibbetts; and her siblings, Doris Johnson, Nancy Hallmark, Donald Otto, Scotty Otto, Frank Otto, James Otto and John Isacc Otto.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Dale Rouse; her children, Cindy Havens (John) of Lewistown, Tim Hibbetts (Janelle) of Havana and John Hibbetts of Havana; and her siblings, Sheilah Jones of Havana, Mary Henderson of Morton, Karen Dyas (Jim) of Springfield, Rick Otto of Quincy and William Otto of Havana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
