He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin and Patricia Gallion (Gills); and his former wife Rita Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Lena Reynolds of Havana; his children, Robert S. Gills, Jr. (Candice) of Delavan, Angela Shindledecker of Harristown and Ryan C. Gills (Kimberly) of Forest City; his stepchildren, Jessica Rush and Joesph Johns; his grandchildren, Katelynn, Alison, Steven, Callie, Cheyenne, Ariel, Alana, Grace and Kaden; his siblings, Mary Smith (Jim), Betty Coburn (Butch), Kathy Decker (Jay), Donnie Gallion (Lisa), Rick Gallion (Dawn) and Sandy Holmes (Bengi); and his sister-in-law Sadie Reynolds. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews; as well as four dogs.
