He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney David Kahn and Betty Kahn (Ketay). He is survived by: his cousins, Warren Berger, Jeffrey Ketay and Gregory Ketay; and his friends, Gina Mibbs, Nancy Elliott, Marla Flaharty Bloyd, Jessica Holmes, Kerry Danner, Greg LaFary and Bill Knake.
