He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Nicholas and Stephanie Nicholas (Holmes); his brother Aaron Long; and his grandparents, Jim and Carol Holmes.
He is survived by: his children, Gage Nicholas (Jocelyn) of Cuba, Juston Nicholas (Autumn Furrow) of Cuba and Catryna Nichols of Havana; his stepchildren, Shamaia Currie of Havana, Sabrina Montgomery of Havana, Heidi Foutch of Kentucky and Ashton Jones of Havana; his siblings, Sunshine Nicholas, Anthony Holmes, Heather Kirby and Jeremy Mustread; his uncle Jamie Holmes; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
