She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Holmes and Shirley Bennett Holmes (Kenny Cogar); her stepfather Kenny Cogar; her brother Jerry Holmes; her nephew Steven Holmes; her great-niece Whitney Lane; and her son-in-law Shawn Fishel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Silena Norman (Daniel) of Indiana and Jessica Shores of Springfield; her grandchildren, Mike Lebegue (Missy Wu) of Chicago, Martina Lebegue, Dylan, Connor, Sarah Fishel of Springfield and Dani Norman of Indiana; her great grandchild Patrick Ivers; her siblings, Connie Selby (late Charlie) of Havana, Kim Cogar (Tim Hibbitts) of Havana, Jeff Cogar of Havana, Merle Holmes (Debbie Hawkins) of Havana and Danny Holmes (Karen) of Astoria; and her uncle Steven Bennett (Jennifer) of Forest City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
