She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Burgess and Velma Louise Burgess (Vaughn); her husband Charles Allen Bailey Sr.; her siblings, Raymond Burgess, LeRoy Burgess and Nancy Howell; her children, Sarge Bailey, Jon Bailey and Mary Pierce; her grandsons, Jay Dye and Jon Michael Bailey; her stepson Richard Bailey Patrick Bailey; and her children-in-law, Russell Hughes and Carol Bailey (Rich).
She is survived by: her children, Allen Dye (Kathy) of Havana, Sharon Hughes of Bath and Karen Showalter (Rick) of Kilbourne; her stepchildren, Charla Bailey of Rushville, Kevin Bailey of Jacksonville, Mary Ann Charles of Anderson Lake and Charles Allen Bailey of Rushville; her daughter-in-law Kelly Bailey of Kilbourne; and her sister Alice Colston (Elton) of Ipava. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as two great-great grandchildren.
