She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Alan Cook, Sr.; and her sister Patricia Diane Hickman. She is survived by: her parents, Nels Edward and Julia Jean Hickman, Sr. (Shirley); her children, Jimmy Alan Cook, Jr. of Havana, Melanie Ann Cook of Washington and Andrew Michael Cook of Havana; and her brothers, Nels Hickman, Jr. of Fairview and Kenneth Hickman of Peoria. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
