It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyman D. Blessman of Havana, Illinois, born in Bath, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyman Henry Blessman and Mary Jane Wiseman; his children, Gail K Beard (Rex) of Decatur, IL, Diane E McGinnis of Havana, IL and Steven J Blessman of Havana, IL; his wife Jean E Blessman; and his son Gary K Blessman. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations be made to the Havana Public Library or the First United Methodist Church in Havana in his honor.
