She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Leithoff and Mildred Leithoff. She is survived by: her husband Steven Sexton; her children, Michelle Emmons (Steven) and Matthew Sexton; her grandchildren, Lindsey Sarff (Colby), Andrew Emmons (Emily) and Savannah Harp (Levi); her great grandchildren, Blakelynn Bridges, Case Sarff, Madilynn Sarff, Millie Lou Sarff, Coy Sarff, Bentley Emmons, Haisley Emmons, Addilyn Emmons, Sadie Harp and Porter Harp; and her sisters, Sharon Miller and Donna Ferguson (Bingo). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hurley Funeral Home - Havana (217 N Plum St, Havana, IL 62644). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the VFW Post #6408 (415 W Adams St, Havana, IL 62644).
