He is survived by: his girlfriend Nadine Owens of Havana; his daughter Dawn Showalter (Jeremy) of Kilbourne; his stepson Mike Belanger (Lisa) of Kilbourne; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Levi, Jaclyn Mibbs, Jalee Anderson, Hannah Belanger, Kourtney and Kylee Showalter; his great grandchildren, Payton Smith and Karter Showalter; and his siblings, Patricia Wilcoxen (Aaron) of Easton, Donna DeBolt (Lee) of Metamora and Jim Freeman (Vivian) of Havana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
