He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tarvin and Helen Tarvin (Bunch); his wife Irene Palmer; and his sister Carole A. Palmer. He is survived by: his son Stephen Tarvin of Havana; and his siblings, Ted Tarvin of Havana and Paula DeWees of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
