It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Woodard of Havana, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woodard and Mary Woodard (Schmidt); and her nephew Nick Phelps. She is survived by: her son Michael Woodard of Madison; and her sisters, Lynn Hall of Ann Arbor and Brenda Garlisch (Al) of Easton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Jo's name to Havana Public Library.
