He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardee Barrett and Maxine Barrett; his wife Marcia Stone; and his daughter Joanna Embry. He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Barrett (Hillary) of Havana, Lori Hull (Brad) and Tammie Lowman; his grandchildren, Max Barrett, Bradley Hull (Morgan), Neil Embry and Kelci Kennett (Zeke); his siblings, A. Kelly Barrett and Dee Ann Smith; his aunt Bonnie Farwell; and his in-laws, Logan and Linda Tracy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Jimmie's name to Mason District Hospital Med/Surg Department.
