She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Dale and Irene Dale (Mibb); her spouse Thomas W. Hardesty; her daughter Anna Marie Heyen; and her siblings, Elmer Dale, Ivan Dale, Clyde Dale, Bob Dale and Mildred Hibbs.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Hardesty (Diana) of Havana and Angela Smith (Danny) of Havana; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Heather, Adan and Hunter. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In compliance with current guidelines, masks will be worn in the church and social distancing will be observed.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
