He is survived by: his daughter Eva Delores Smith (Abbott); his wife Penny Smith (Hackman); his daughters, Vicki Cochran of Peoria and Karen Anderson (Justin) of Bartonville; his stepchildren, Tonya Ray (Trevor) of Port Charlotte, Tara Dillard (Derek) of Havana, Illinois., Tammy Danner (Travis) of Havana, Illinois. and Rodney Ash (Shannon) of Havana, Illinois.; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
