She is survived by: her parents, John Harrah and Maggie Harrah (Gilruth); her spouse Philip Blue; her children, Rick, Rhonda, Anna and Debra; her grandchildren, Jake, Joby, Miller, Jed Welker, Hattie Bailey and Joel Bailey; and her stepgrandchildren, Todd, Steve Williams and Megan Shafer. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
