Hazel L. Jordan Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess H. Clement and Georgia E. Clement (Medlin); her husband Charles "Chasty" Jordan Sr.; and her brothers, James Clement, Jess Clement Jr. and Robert Clement.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jockisch (Paul) of Havana, Charles W. Jordan, Jr. (Denise) of Rushville and Richard D. Jordan (Julie) of Havana; her grandchildren, Paul Jockisch III, Christopher Jockisch, Amanda Long, Jessica Jockisch, Andrew Jockisch, Anthony Jordan, Bryan Jordan, Charles Jordan III of Ethan Jordan, J. R, Alicia Jordan and Kendel Jordan; her stepgrandchildren, Scott Wissmiller and Kathryn Wissmiller; her great grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Christopher, Ellis, Everleigh, Zoey, Chase, Caylie, Colby, Casce, Tristan, Catie, Caleb, Tehya and Quinn; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryland, Brylee and Raylee; her great great grandchildren, Kimberly, Keaton and Payton; and her sisters, Evelyn Hish of Virginia and Mildred Correll of Jacksonville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Hazel's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the donor's choice of organization.
