With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy L. Helmig of Havana, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren G. Boehm and Eliza A. Boehm (Gratton); her husband Bernard Helmig; and her siblings, Glenn Boehm, Carl Boehm, Clarence Boehm, Eileen Keith, Alice Witherall and Gerald Boehm (Geraldine Gedman).
She is survived by: her niece Emma Smith of Havana; and her caregivers, Marilyn Skiles and Brenda Craig. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy's name to Hopewell Baptist Church.
