She is survived by: her children, Ron Hackman (Jan) of Havana, Marcia Hackman of Westminster, Marilyn Carpenter (John) of Westminster and Mark Hackman (Cathy) of Havana; and her grandchildren, Suzanne Treebs (Leland) of Escondido, Ben Hackman (Kristen) of Glen Ellyn, Ryan Carpenter (Linh) of Littleton, Jeffrey Hackman (Jenny) of Havana, Ross Carpenter (Kiki) of Wheat Ridge, Anne Hackman of Havana and Natalie Hackman of Raleigh.
Memorial contributions can be made to Mason City Area Nursing Home, Mason District Hospital Auxiliary, or Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.
