She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Otto and Edna Adkins Otto; her husband Frank Johnson; and her siblings, Johnny, Donald, Scotty, James, Frank Otto and Nancy Hallmark.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Johnson of Havana, Laura Martin (Kenny) of Havana and Lisa Logsdon (Butch) of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Kayla France (Joey) of Havana, Mariah Nguyen (Lucas Crowe) of Astoria, Wyatt and Morgan Logsdon of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; her great grandchildren, Gauge, Brooklyn France of Havana and Hyde Crowe of Astoria, Illinois.; and her siblings, Wanda Rouse of Havana, Sheilah Jones of Havana, Mary Henderson of Morton, Karen Dyas (Jim) of Springfield, Illinois., William Otto of Havana and Rick Otto of Springfield. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
