She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pietrzak and Virginia Pietrzak (Fierce). She is survived by: her husband Mark Opp of Havana; her children, Rachel Dolaz (Joe) of Havana, Anthony Opp (Allison Neff) of Chicago and Adam (Alli Schmit) of Peoria; her grandchildren, June and Remy Dolaz; and her siblings, David Pietrzak (Montelee) of Havana, Michael Pietrzak of Springfield, Christopher Pietrzak of Petersburg, Ginny Ramage (John) of Petersburg, Anna Bergschneider (Gregory) of Jacksonville and Michelle Deckard (Alan) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Deborah's name to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
