We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2020, at the age of 86, David L. Foster (Havana, Illinois), born in Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster and Ida Foster (Hoch); and his daughter Cheryl Foster. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arlene Schaeffer of Havana; and his children, Terry Foster (Kim) of Topeka and Debbie Wickman (Dean) of Havana. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to 1st Baptist Church.
