He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wilcoxen and Corrine Wilcoxen (Warren); and his brothers, Richard and James Wilcoxen. He is survived by: his wife Judith Atwater; his children, Greg (Diane) of Pekin, Donita Bitner (Steve) of Havana, Darren (Brenda) of Havana, Cristal Smith (Ron Vance) of Havana and Todd (Theresa) of Havana; his brother Floyd Wilcoxen (Willie); and his sister-in-law Carol. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
