He was predeceased by: his father Curtis O. "Wort" Witherall; his brother Alvin; and his niece Sydney. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Jean Witherall of Kilbourne; his wife Marcia Neal of Havana; his children, Tammy Phillips (Josh) of Jacksonville, Amy Pellhum of Rockford, Curtis Pellhum Jr. (Cassie) of Jacksonville and David Pellhum of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Robert Pellhum (Judith) of Smithfield, Mary Witherall of Springfield, Garfield Pellhum (Yole) of Williamsville, MO, John Witherall of Modesto, Elizabeth Rilea (Ed) of Havana and Verla Smith (James) of Kilbourne. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
