He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Fox (Denny) of Bettendorf and Penny Roch (Don) of Havana. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to Havana Rural Fire Department.
