It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Kay Hardy of Havana, Illinois, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Hardy and Lulubelle Hardy (Combs); and her brother-in-law Danny Woods. She is survived by: her daughters, Desirae Garcia (Fernando) of Easton and Destiny Hibbs (John) of Havana; her grandchildren, Ramon, Lillian Garcia and Jacob Behymer; her sister Belle Woods of Bluffs; her niece Leighanna Woods; and her aunts, Eva Broshears and Wanda Taylor.
Memorial donations may be made in Billie's name to John and Destiny Hibbs.
