She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Beatrice Elizabeth Seggelke (Baum); her husband Jerry Stephens; her brother Bill; her sister-in-law Joan; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis.

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Lynn) of Canton, Dan (Kathy) of Canton, Paul (Jan) of Havana, Mary Beth of Beason and Tim of Rock Falls, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stephens, Cheryl Krus (Wayne), Adam Stephens (Nicole), Tom Stephens (Katie), Jill Bahnick (John), Katie Baker (Brian), Stephanie Duncan (David), Alex Stephens (Katie Dye), Andy Stephens, Sarah Bonanno (Steve), David Stephens (Kylie), John Leslie and Karin Leslie; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Jacob, Maddie, Andrew, Max, Anna Mei, Blake, John Henry, Emma, Josh, Gracelyn, Olivia, Elizabeth and Caden.

Memorial donations may be made in Betty's name to St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
