She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Slater and Cheryl Slater (Atkins); her husband James Collins; her stepmother Diane Slater; her children, Addie Collins, Tyler Collins (Shauna) and Angelique Collins; her grandchildren, Triston Dockins, Zayne Collins, Ariya Collins, Scarlett Davis and Paisley Johnson; her siblings, Daren Slater (Alisha), Brett Slater (Nikki), Jared Slater and Tracy Downing (James); and her nephews, Garrett O'Connell and Wade Hunter.
